2024 Edition of Real Estate of the Art to Feature Artwork in a Building Under Construction
The platform by developer Helbor, this time in partnership with MPD Engenharia, brings an exhibition to a construction site in Itaim Bibi, São Paulo.
Works by contemporary visual artists will be integrated into the unconventional setting of a residential building under construction on the 24th and 25th of this month in Itaim Bibi, an upscale neighborhood in São Paulo. The exhibition is free to visit at Rua Leopoldo Couto de Magalhães Júnior starting at 7:00 PM on the 14th floor; however, advance reservations are required.
The initiative by Helbor Empreendimentos S/A, in partnership with MPD Engenharia this year, is part of the Real Estate of the Art platform. Created by the developer in 2023, the platform brought over a hundred people to appreciate works by foreign and Brazilian artists in its inaugural edition. For safety reasons, the visit requires the use of a hard hat, which will be provided on-site and customized by urban artist Daniel Iskone.
