This work is designed to provide educators with didactic strategies applied in the first design studio of an architecture program: Architecture Studio 1 (PA 1).
Being a design instructor requires far more than talent as a successful practicing architect. Educators must also possess the necessary pedagogical skills and be able to provide informed critiques of student work, supported by justifications that point toward the best technical and formal choices while demonstrating how to achieve them.
