Art, harmony, and construction: a new architecture book lists 16 steps to create spectacular buildings. From aesthetic reflections to detail-rich projects, the work is a theoretical-practical manual being launched in Curitiba and São Paulo. Architecture happens at the intersection of aesthetics and construction; in the delicate balance between art and engineering. Every architectural decision reflects a specific period, a sense of belonging, and a constant invitation to go beyond what already exists.
How can architecture be used to promote stunning and memorable aesthetic experiences within the urban environment? The book "How to Create Spectacular Buildings in 16 Lessons" takes a deep dive into this provocation, and authors Frederico Carstens and Antonio Gonçalves Junior invite the public to attend its launch.
The launch will take place in two separate events in the cities of Curitiba and São Paulo throughout August. In the capital of Paraná, the book will be launched at Livraria Da Vila, inside the Pátio Batel shopping mall, on August 19th at 6:30 PM. In São Paulo, the event will take place at Livraria Martins Fontes (Paulista) on August 26th at 6:30 PM. Both dates will feature a book signing and a conversation with the authors about architecture, urbanism, and the production process of the work. Both events are free and open to the public.
