On June 20, prominent architect, urbanist, and civic designer Domenico di Siena will lead a workshop on urban interventions, sponsored by Las Condes Design. The renowned international consultant and researcher in collective intelligence and innovation processes is visiting Chile to bring together stakeholders from the public, private, and academic sectors to discuss urban interventions through the lenses of placemaking and technical urbanism.
The workshop, to be held in the shopping center's auditorium, proposes a reflection on the capacity of various local stakeholders to achieve a high level of collaboration, enabling the activation of an ecosystem of Situated Collective Intelligence with the potential to generate Civic Commons. The goal is to experience, firsthand, the activation of a collective intelligence process within a new context defined as a "Civic Sphere," where the private and public sectors, NGOs, universities, and citizens have the capacity to collaborate.
