Escola da Cidade – Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism announced this Wednesday the schedule and rules for the 2019 Admissions Process for its undergraduate program in Architecture and Urbanism. Registration begins today, August 20, and runs through December 10. The exams will take place on December 11, 12, and 13.
The Escola da Cidade Admissions Process stands out from others by offering candidates an introductory course in Architecture and Urbanism, combining four classes, four guided exercises, and an interview. It is also a unique opportunity to experience the institution's facilities and the city itself, as the course takes place at the school's headquarters but involves visits to other locations in São Paulo. This combination aims to show applicants some of the nuances of the profession and dimensions of urban life, while evaluating the potential of future students—as well as their general knowledge, specific skills, and capacity for analysis, synthesis, and reasoning—through writing and drawing.
