CBCA Announces Theme and Opens Registration for the 2nd Engineering Student Competition
Registration is open from April 3 to June 14, 2020

"The Second Bridge between Brazil and Paraguay" is the theme for the 2nd edition of the Engineering Student Competition, a project developed by the Brazilian Center for Steel Construction (CBCA). Interested teams, consisting of two to six students, must register between April 3 and June 14. The results will be announced on September 9.
The winning team will receive a prize of R$ 8,000. In addition to the award, the team will receive various CBCA manuals on steel construction, issues of Arquitetura & Aço magazine, books on steel construction, and all manuals and books published or sponsored by the CBCA over the next three years. Furthermore, members will be eligible to enroll in distance learning courses offered by the CBCA.
Participating in this competition is an opportunity for students and faculty to develop their creative potential through projects that utilize steel as the primary component of construction systems.
