To celebrate our 2nd anniversary at Basalto Lab, we are launching an executive detail competition aimed at reflecting on modes of graphic representation and fostering investigation into executive projects. For this second edition, the theme is Roofs! And to make it even better, the first-place winner will receive a paid internship at the multidisciplinary architecture firm KS AA!
CONTEXT
The visual presentation of a roof project, for which the architecture team is responsible, must effectively communicate the organization of construction elements and their execution. As a fundamental part of architecture across all residential scales, many famous projects use the roof as a key element of the architectural concept. Between protections and projections, the challenge is to design a roof with creativity, expressiveness, and technical precision!
