To celebrate our first year of providing foundational training, Basalto (a school specializing in architectural drawing) has organized a competition for executive details, aimed at reflecting on recent graphic production in light of current standards and improving the execution of executive projects. For this first edition, the theme is: STAIRS.
The visual presentation of a project, for which architects are responsible, must effectively communicate the organization of construction elements. Construction details allow those involved to identify and even modify key aspects and components of the building throughout all phases of its design. These consist of parts of the project (construction elements, compartments, finishes, standards, etc.) whose complexity or importance to the whole requires representation at a larger scale and with a higher level of detail.
