Call for Applications: Active Design Platform Residency Program Open Call

The PAD Residency Program is a six-month program in which six creatives (open to designers of any discipline and architects) develop a socially focused design project involving research, development, experimentation, and prototyping. The program includes mentorship, oversight by the Department of Multidiscipline and Design, and designated use of the PAD (Plataforma Activa de Diseño) space located in the Arroniz Building (headquarters of the Jalisco Ministry of Culture) in downtown Guadalajara, Jalisco.

The themes for this second edition are: 1. Design and Education, 2. Design and Health, 3. Design and Sustainability, 4. Design and Inclusion, 5. Design, Gender, and Diversity, and 6. Design Research.
