Universities are critical centers for the production of knowledge and innovation, and since the Triennale's inception, we have involved these institutions in the program of our most iconic event. Schools from around the world are invited to participate in the central program of the 6th Lisbon Architecture Triennale in 2022.
The competition is open to the field of architecture and related disciplines, whether design-oriented—such as urbanism or landscape architecture—technical—such as construction or materials technology—or multidisciplinary, including urban sociology or environmental studies. We are seeking proposals of various project types that offer architectural responses or possess potential for practical development.
