The IAB RJ, through its Leste Metropolitano chapter, is organizing a national public competition to select a design for a new leisure space on the terrace of the Clube Central headquarters in Niterói. Registration is now open, with a deadline of September 19.
The competition will be held in a single stage, requiring proposals at the Preliminary Study level that provide the information necessary for a clear understanding of the architectural and landscape design. The competition is open to architects and urban planners legally authorized to practice. International professionals may participate as team members, provided they are in good standing with the Council of Architecture and Urbanism (CAU).
