The USAT School of Architecture is organizing the 1st International Workshop: 2022 Architecture Lectures and Competition. "Memory, Time, and Landscape" is an event open to students and universities across the country, aimed at exploring and reflecting on current topics through proposals that foster creativity and multidisciplinary work.
The event will be broadcast via the USAT School of Architecture Facebook page and will take place from March 28 to April 1 (lectures) and April 9 (competition). This inaugural edition will feature a total of nine lectures delivered by renowned national and international speakers.
Notable speakers include Spanish architect Ángel Barreto, a cum laude PhD from the University of Seville, who will present "Atmospheres: Architectural-Ethereal Spaces." From Mexico, architect Alex Granados Ly will present "Post-Pandemic Architecture: The Reformulation of Space."
