IAAC Creative Urban Agriculture Workshop

The Creative Urban Agriculture Workshop will investigate how design, driven by creativity and new technologies, can help boost participatory food production in urban environments in a proactive and productive manner across various scales. Our goal is to develop innovative prototypes for urban food production systems, sharing knowledge with citizens, architects, designers, and artists on how to build creative cultivation systems.

Workshop participants will learn about digital fabrication aimed at creating specific prototypes for food production, responding to local environmental, social, and economic conditions.
Each participating group will build a 1:1 scale prototype for food production in urban settings.
