The Azcapotzalco Mayor's Office, through the Azcapotzalco Cultural Center, invites artists, architects, and creators to submit cultural projects for the "O’GORMAN O’GORMAN 1905-1982" exhibition, which will take place in February 2021.
During the first half of 2021, the Azcapotzalco Cultural Center will present the "O’GORMAN O’GORMAN 1905-1982" exhibition. The exhibition stems from the heritage housed within the Mayor's Office, which includes the first surviving mural by architect and muralist Juan O’Gorman. Titled "Paisaje de Azcapotzalco" (Landscape of Azcapotzalco), the work was created by O’Gorman in 1926 and depicts the identity and the cultural and industrial values that characterize the area.
