Book Launch: "Contemporary Architectures in Paraguay"

In Brazil, little is known about the reality of Paraguay, a country with a rich culture, beautiful landscapes, and a population of approximately 6.5 million people who speak its two official languages: Spanish and Guarani.

The book Arquiteturas contemporâneas no Paraguai [Contemporary Architectures in Paraguay], launched on November 28 in São Paulo, seeks to reveal the richness and inventiveness of contemporary buildings created by a new generation of Paraguayan architects. It also offers an analysis of the country's history and development, which has been shaped by the influence of successive Brazilian governments.
