Víctor Manuel Street, between Bio Bío and Placer, will be closed to traffic as the XXI Chile Architecture Biennial (Open Architecture Fair) brings its activity and exhibition carts out into the street.
The event will feature workshops, discussions, lectures, children's games, and music. Additionally, a selection of entrepreneurs from the Franklin neighborhood, specializing in art and gastronomy, will be showcased.
