The Graduate Programs in Built Environment at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora and in Design at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro invite researchers, faculty, and graduate and undergraduate students in the fields of Architecture and Urbanism, Engineering, Design, Arts, and Communication to the 3rd Design Semiotics Meeting.
The event aims to promote reflection and study on the role of the precepts and assumptions of Semiotics as a construct of symbolic systems in human contexts, viewing transversality as a methodological proposal for cooperation between disciplines.
