Revista Restauro, an independent journal dedicated to publishing articles and interviews focused on the preservation, conservation, and restoration of cultural heritage—including artistic, museological, architectural, and urban assets—will launch its first print issue to celebrate the electronic journal's third anniversary.
The journal aims to create an accessible space for thoughtful discussions on issues related to preservation. By doing so, the publication not only contributes to strengthening the debate among scholars and professionals but also aims to widely disseminate the subject of preservation, inviting a broader audience to follow and actively participate in efforts to defend our cultural assets. This forum for dialogue also seeks to reach owners of movable assets and historic buildings—whether landmarked or not—with the goal of developing alternatives for valuing heritage in a responsible and economically viable manner.
