The IED (Istituto Europeo di Design) will host an IED Day on March 23, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, featuring a series of activities open to the public. The event’s attractions include a tour of the secrets of Higienópolis and the IED building; workshops on theremin, dance, floral arrangement, silver jewelry, and mobile photography; a chat with digital influencers in travel and style; music by Jazz na Kombi; an exhibition; and a market featuring objects, books, and clothing. Paulo del Valle, 29, is a photographer specializing in tourism who also works for major national and international brands. In 2017, he was a nominee for Instagrammer of the Year at the Shorty Awards, the world’s largest internet content awards.
Raíra Venturieri, 29, is a journalist who has been visiting tourist destinations, hotels, and restaurants in Brazil and abroad for eleven years. Having worked for guides and magazines such as Guia Quatro Rodas, she is now active on Instagram, at deliciadeblog.com, and on her YouTube channel, where she discusses digital entrepreneurship and the behind-the-scenes of her projects.
Marina Berger, based in Zurich, is a lawyer, avid traveler, and passionate foodie who has lived in over nine countries and traveled the globe. In 2017, she was ranked first on the Forbes Travel Guide list of the world’s best travel Instagrams, and she appeared on the list again in 2018. She describes herself as a lover of destinations, good food, architecture, art, and design.
Alvaro Leme is a journalist who graduated from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. With experience at “Folha de S. Paulo,” “Veja São Paulo,” “Glamour,” and “Veja,” he currently writes about lifestyle for Forbes Brasil and works as a digital influencer on his Instagram and Twitter profiles, in addition to maintaining CanAlvaro, his YouTube interview channel.
