For the second consecutive year, MUTEK MX is officially launching its open call for artistic proposals for its 17th Edition, which will take place from November 23 to 29, 2020.
Given the current global state of emergency, the festival aims to promote and reward creative work during these times of crisis. Accordingly, the focus of the open call for this 17th Edition will center on the following points:
1. Submit an original, previously unreleased work that falls into the following categories: live musical performances that are original and within the field of electronic music; audiovisual performances showcasing innovative use of digital techniques and tools; urban installations and architectural mapping; and interactive installations that can be envisioned for social spaces and locations activated by the Festival.
