In light of the recent inclusion of the Rachid Karami International Fair in Tripoli as a UNESCO World Heritage site and a World Heritage in Danger site, the Embassy of Brazil in Beirut and the Guimarães Rosa Institute - Beirut are launching an art competition centered on the Fair, offering three prizes of USD 1,000 each for the best submissions.
Online registration is free and open until November 30 to Lebanese citizens living in or outside Lebanon, and to non-Lebanese residents of Lebanon, aged 18 to 35.
