This competition is a call for national and international architects (licensed to practice in Chile) to submit a preliminary design for the building that will house the facilities of the Investigations Police (PDI) of the Biobío Region, Chile.
The project is a 15,646.3 m² infrastructure that includes the development of 16 brigades and 12 sections of the criminalistics laboratory. In addition, 4,054.8 m² of underground parking are included, totaling 19,701.1 m² of projected space.
