Visoren, a company specializing in social rental housing, aims to support ecological construction in residential buildings throughout Spain. To this end, the company is offering two scholarships—one full and one partial—for the Master in Advanced Ecological Buildings organized by the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (IAAC), beginning in October 2019.
The goal of this initiative is to train experts in the use of advanced technologies to design and construct buildings using ecological materials. Projects completed during the Master's year aim to test energy self-sufficiency and promote water recycling and the Internet of Things, within a framework that fosters social and community life. The year will conclude with a presentation by students, who will finish the course by designing and building a structure with these characteristics during the summer of 2020.
