The international Architecture and Design festival of Logroño, Concéntrico, is establishing a new collaboration for this edition with the Métropole de Rouen Normandie (France) and its monumental art biennial, La Forêt Monumentale.
Concéntrico and La Forêt Monumentale have partnered for this open call to propose an urban intervention in the city of Rouen through an ephemeral installation that evokes the city's natural heritage and forests. The installation will take place in September 2019.
La Forêt Monumentale proposes the creation of 12 monumental works that will form a route in the heart of the forest surrounding the city. This competition brings together reflections on the urban realm and the enhancement of natural heritage.
