The goal of this competition is to foster research and the development of academic content in the form of essays. These submissions should provide a historical account and analyze the urban and architectural evolution of the city from its founding to the present day, framed within the various categories established for this competition.
The promoting entities are PUERTA DE ORO EMPRESA DE DESARROLLO CARIBE S.A.S., a simplified joint-stock company with majority public entity shareholding. Its primary objective includes the promotion, preparation, evaluation, structuring, management, consolidation, handling, administration, oversight, financing, and/or execution of investment projects, consultancies, and the provision of support services for the management of public and private entities, actively participating in any stage of their development cycle.
