The Calli Competition is now open. The theme addresses a social issue common to major cities worldwide, where we frequently observe that urban polarization leads to a decline in quality of life, resulting in saturated transportation systems, high rental costs, and long commutes to work.
We are seeking a proposal that sets a trend in general planning regulations, which govern the intensity, occupancy, and methods of land and urban space utilization, as well as building characteristics. The objective is to enable living in minimal, dignified, and temporary housing at a lower cost.
