Escola da Cidade’s open courses are short-term and cover a diverse range of topics. They are intended for those interested in expanding dialogues on subjects such as history, anthropology, technology, economics, photography, literature, design, and music, among others, through cross-disciplinary perspectives on architecture and the city.
This term, the courses remain in a remote format, with classes held in real-time between instructors and students. Small class sizes facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience among all participants. Tuition is calculated based on the total number of hours and ensures fair compensation for qualified expert instructors. However, the school maintains permanent discount policies aimed not only at its own community but also at students and faculty from other institutions. Upon completion, certificates are awarded to those who meet the minimum attendance requirements.
