For the 16th international edition of the Multi Comfort Student Contest, the task is to design a Sustainable Development Park that combines residential, educational, and recreational functions. The 2020 challenge is to transform the post-industrial Coignet Enterprise site in Saint-Denis into a vibrant green area for living, learning, and recreation, while respecting both the site's historical heritage and the sustainable development needs of a modern neighborhood.
