The intervention will take place on properties owned by the CAAITBA (Social Security Fund for Surveyors, Architects, Engineers, and Technicians of the Province of Buenos Aires), located in the town of Mar Azul, in the Municipality of Villa Gesell, commonly known as the "Engineers' Campground."
This competition, open to CAAITBA members, aims to solicit ideas for the urban development of a 167-hectare site located along the coast of the Argentine Sea in Mar Azul, Villa Gesell, Buenos Aires Province.
The site is situated in an area of significant environmental and landscape value, characterized by the typical coastal scenery of Buenos Aires Province. Its specific location sits at the intersection of the land-sea interface and the convergence of the Buenos Aires dune ecosystem with the southern urban expansion of the Villa Gesell district.
