engawa Magazine #25

Each issue is a new experiment born from its cover image, which serves as a common thread. From there, the articles branch out, interweave, or simply juxtapose, forming a tapestry that everyone is invited to read, discuss, and contribute to.

This issue features the special collaboration of architect and editor Moisés Puente. For the cover, Moisés proposed an image of Gordon Matta-Clark descending into the Parisian underground—a tribute to the premature death of his brother Batan, as well as a journey into the depths. It is an exploration of the interior of that hidden part that is revealed on the surface.

Thank you to everyone who accepted this proposal, and special thanks to Moisés Puente for his collaboration.
