Post-Pandemic Heritage

The book POST-PANDEMIC HERITAGE presents the experience of the joint project between LINA Platform and the UNESCO Chair on Cultural Landscapes and Heritage of the University of the Basque Country. Its main goal was to record and reflect on the social, physical and economic impact that the coronavirus pandemic has had on cultural heritage. The book was coordinated by Carolina Quiroga, Veronica Benedet, Juan Manuel Alonso and Eliana Zamalloa.

POST-PANDEMIC HERITAGE called at the beginning of the confinement to generate a RECORD of photographs and a brief text of reflection, based on the question: How to re-signify the cultural heritage post-COVID 19?
The book brings together these contributions from America, Asia, Europe and Oceania, which were posted on social networks and followed by thousands of people. People confined, but at the same time connected, sharing their stories was a truly innovative experience.
