SAC Federal Credit Union New Corporate Headquarters / Leo A Daly
Leo A Daly, the well-known international architecture, planning, engineering, interior design and program management firm, was chosen by the SAC Federal Credit Union, Nebraska’s largest credit union, to provide design and engineering services for its new corporate headquarters campus in Papillion, Nebraska. Their design for the headquarters reflects SAC’s close culture, collaborative work environment and its commitment to the community. The headquarters will rest on a strong brick foundation, a metaphorical representation of SAC’s member-owner base. More images and architects’ description after the break.
Monarch West / Randy Brown Architects
Monarch West is Randy Brown Architects’ latest exploration into improving strip mall development. Regarding strip malls as inevitable, Brown has developed a series of them with the intention of making this reality inspiring. Previous projects include 120 Blondo, Village Pointe East, and Monarch Place.

Monarch Place / Randy Brown Architects
Following Randy Brown Architects’ previous success with strip malls, the firm designed Monarch Place as another effort to address what they see as inescapable products of the suburban lifestyle. As the architect and developer Brown’s design addresses both the high-design needs of the tenants and the bottom line of his development company, Quantum Quality Real Estate.
