OFF & Duncan Lewis SCAPE Architecture shared with us their proposal for the Anglet Logements where they were invited to conciliate a project where the interests of protagonists are sometimes contradictory: the density of needed housing, the neighbors’ quality of living as well as the conservation of fauna and flora. Above is a video for the Research Centre of the University of Jussieu, the competition winning design by BIG and OFF architects. The new multidisciplinary research centre, Paris PARC, located between Jean Nouvel’s Institut du Monde Arabe and the open green park of the Jussieu Campus will become a significant addition to the campus, strengthening the international appeal and openness of the leading French University for Science and Medicine.
BIG + Paris-based architects OFF, engineers Buro Happold, consultants Michel Forgue and environmental engineer Franck Boutte is the winning team to design the new 15.000 m2 research centre for Sorbonne’s Scientific university University Pierre et Marie Curie in Paris. Office Building B23 is located in the central zone of Novi Beograd. With total area of approximately 57,000 sqm the structure consists of four towers, connected across multi–level atrium spaces with nine panoramic elevators. Modern aesthetics and engineering superiority of business center B23 Office Park become new inspiration to architects and users, placing the new standards related to visual aspects and functionality of the office spaces in Belgrade, as well as in whole South East Europe.
