This part-café/part-house by Ikimono Architects revolves around the relationship between the outside and inside. The client specifically requested that everything start from the connection to the outside. The strong but simple exterior is comprised of two rectangular forms that sit perpendicular to each other. Each of these forms takes on a different program to accommodate the dual needs of the client.
