Sintered Stone Kitchen in Private Residence | Lapitec®

Lapitec is an Italian company committed to integrating luxury and sustainability into its products since 1989. Bianco Alba sintered stone from Lapitec was used to clad the surfaces of a kitchen in this private residence in Italy.

One of the design premises for the architects was to generate a soothing yet practical cooking area to connect the outdoor terraces overlooking the river and the indoor living rooms. The result is a discrete kitchen clad in Lapitec sintered stone in Bianco Alba. The warm, enveloping base with ivory undertones of the countertops and cabinets is enriched with golden veins that reflect the light from the terrace. These Lapitec surfaces are ideal for practical areas such as kitchens because of their calibrated faces and lack of porosity, preventing the nesting of dirt, mold, and bacteria. Additionally, it maintains its original appearance despite using domestic agents or exposure to UV light.
