This is a sofa designed by Emanuela Garbin and introduced in 2019 by Flou, an Italian company dedicated to manufacturing and innovation in furniture. The MyPlace modular sofa is available in three different depths, and the seats, armrests, and backrests can be arranged and rearranged freely, to customize linear or corner compositions, either at the end of a room or in the center of it.
As with other signature Flou collections, MyPlace has completely removable fabric or leather covers, with feet that can be square or cylindrical in glossy black nickel or a matt burnished finish.
A tray can be fixed to the base of the sofa, to provide an object-holding surface for users. This metal tray can have a matt burnished or oxide finish, or it can even be covered with non-removable leather.
The MyPlace coffee tables come in different, irregular shapes, that follow the curves of the collection’s compositions, able to slide between its elements. While its structure comes in matt burnished finish, the top can be finished in hand-brushed cement (Velasca finish in the colors cement light gray or lava dark gray) or in metal, in matt burnished or black.
The backrest cushions are available in two different heights, the higher one secured with a bolster to guarantee support for any sitting position.
The rounded modules and their single armrests allow for face-to-face conversation zones.
Clients can select the upholstery fabric from Flou’s exclusive catalog, a collection that is constantly updated in terms of colors and textures.
There are four recommended compositions in five materials and 73 different finishes.
