Business Lounge in Spata | Twelve Concept

TWELVECONCEPT is a leading provider of construction and design solutions specializing in the manufacturing & processing of design materials ranging from marble to porcelain slabs, terrazzo, and concrete. Terrazo products by TWELVECONCEPT were used in Aegean Business Lounge, an Airport Lobby in Spata, Greece.

The Aegean Lounge project, overseen by K Studio, serves as a testament to TWELVECONCEPT's dedication to delivering exceptional design and construction services. Tasked as the main contractor for the lounge area at Athens International Airport, their objective was to seamlessly blend functionality with aesthetic appeal.

With meticulous planning and execution, the design team embarked on a journey to bring this vision to life. Every detail, from the layout of seating areas to the choice of materials, was carefully considered, achieving a harmonious balance between practicality and visual allure. The result is a space that not only fulfills its intended purpose as a relaxation area for travelers but also enchants with its inviting atmosphere and refined design.

Key to the project was the utilization of Aglotech materials for the flooring, renowned for their durability and resilience in high-traffic environments such as airport lounges. Expertly installed by TWELVECONCEPT team, the flooring not only provided a robust surface but also imparted a polished finish. Complementing this, custom special constructions furniture crafted from terrazzo were incorporated, including the food and beverage area and the lounge entrance.
