Skylight - Light Tunnel | FAKRO

The FAKRO Light Tunnel is designed to illuminate any space of a building, including spaces where roof windows or vertical windows cannot be fitted. Installing light tunnels allows for natural daylight to enter spaces that cannot access daylight in any other way, it can also be installed as an additional source of light within a room to enhance user comfort and save energy.

Light Tunnel Technology

The light tunnel from FAKRO carries daylight via a light-transmitting tube. Sunlight is reflected from the walls of the reflective, flexible tube and is directed downwards toward the diffuser. The diffuser is fitted into the ceiling and evenly distributes the natural light into the space. The tunnel includes a light kit fitted inside acting as a lamp for nighttime use.

Versions

The light tunnel with flexible light from FAKRO transmitting tube comes in two versions:

• SLT with the dome
  An appropriate flashing must be chosen for the light tunnel. It is also possible to install the SLO light kit
• SF_ flat
  Equipped with integrated flashing. It is also available in SF_-L version which illuminates with natural light the space directly below the installation of the light tunnel’s outer element e.g. attic or loft
