The Developer Pitch

The Developer Collective’s inaugural Developer Pitch event will be launched on 26th February 2020 at The Building Society in central London.

The Developer Pitch, in association with The Double Unit PR, is a chance for architects, investors and developers to present their ideas and help get their project off the ground.

The event comprises seven pitches from a range of built environment professionals. Each pitcher will be given three minutes to present their idea to a panel of distinguished judges and an audience of potential partners.

Developer Collective co-founder Gus Zogolovitch said:

“On the tech scene, it’s relatively easy for start-ups to raise money by pitching to angel investors at pitch events. No such event or opportunity exists for the built environment and that’s where the Developer Pitch steps in.

It will be a mix of architects, investors and developers pitching for money or help to get their projects off the ground. If we want to find solutions to some of our big problems, such as the housing crisis, then we need to change the way we do things.”

The event will see pitches from, among others, architect and founder of De Rosee Sa, Max de Rosee and developer Steve Sanham. Property Expert and TV Presenter Kunle Barker will be serving as one of the panellists.

The Developer pitch will take place on 26 February 2020 at The Building Society, W1T 4HE.
