Text description provided by the architects. Architects Igor Martin and Olga Novikova, presenting a studio MARTIN architects, realized a project Loft is Loft. Suites of rooms by an area 115 apt. meters located in Kiev, Ukraine. A residence belongs to the young and energetic lawyer which one time per a week likes going with friends and play table games. A project is executed in style of loft with the use of great number of characteristic receptions. An apartment is in new building with a kind on the center of city.
The most important feature of this project is furniture and elements of dekora, which were made Ukrainian masters, companies and designers. Furniture of Igor Martin, developed for a company HIS (Home Ideas Supply), made debut in this project.. An apartment is also equipped the system «clever house», in which all commands are executed through the personal telephone of owner.
