The project of Pole Services is situated at St Herblain near the Zénith realized by Chaix and Morel architectes. The topography of the ground incites to the creation of a low wall. It allows realizing an accessible base since the ground floor. It contains a concrete pedestrian path, connecting the north parking and the Zénith. Activities and restaurants occupy the ground floor.

Plan

Both storeys situated in West corner, are constituted by metallic panels and by glazing and wrapped by solar protection of metallic drilled directional ventelles. These two levels are dedicated to offices.
