Rosa Gardens is a 57-unit affordable apartment building of 1, -2-, 3- and 4-bedroom family units. The programs include a common courtyard, patios and balconies, 130-space parking, bike racks, community room, common laundry room, common mailbox areas, swimming pool, and a basketball Court.
