Structures of glass: traditionally, glass has been linked to fragility, but new techniques as well as higher levels of control production, plus the possibility to create stable and resistant forms through blowing, tubing, fusing etc, has opened up new pathways to new solutions such as structural glass, or the possibility of integrate in one element many functions, functions that previously had been resolved with an increasing number of elements and, consequently, of costs.

From this point of view, the stand wants to reflect and to suggest this process, subverting the formulation of two traditionally opposing concepts, the visual and physical lightness. Weighting 30 kg., the stand allows to form a 54 m2 continous ceiling, recycling stocks of glass tubs used at the chemical industry. All supported by six helium balloons (diameter: 3m).

The installation can be easily transported
