The site located along a main road near a Hi-tech Park of Northern Taiwan, consists of two major programs- residential sales center and model house.

The massing of this project has triangulated and folded geometry wrapping up the interior space in order to achieve prominent form and dynamic circulation within the building. We try to provide a unique spacious experience for both the consumers and the neighborhood as well.
