Nove 1 consists of two 3,500 sqf single-family residences located on a corner lot in Aspen’s West End neighborhood. Sometimes entitled “Sibling Rivalry,” Nove’s two residences divide the property into equal halves and draw a line – the concrete landscaping wall – right down the double courtyard in the middle.
