The 13th National Architecture Symposium (NAS): Leadership in Architecture is a prestigious gathering that brings together over 500 global leaders, professionals, and architecture students. Scheduled for May 4, 2024, at the Philippine International Convention Center - PICC in Pasay City, Philippines with the Laureate of the 2024 Pritzker Architecture Prize, Riken Yamamoto, as the event’s Principal Speaker.
The Architecture Network - Archinet is a non-profit, student-led organization that envisions itself as an interactive, virtuous, and service-oriented global community of architecture students. The organization is currently in its 18th year of providing professional service, opportunities for growth that redefine limits, and collaboration with both global and local leaders in Architecture as well as international students and professionals.
This year is the 13th edition of the event and throughout the years, NAS has steadfastly upheld its commitment to fostering meaningful international dialogue and discourse within the field of architecture. As an esteemed platform, NAS has been consistently dedicated to welcoming in the Philippines, since 2009, prominent global leaders who made their names in the field, such as Kengo Kuma and Takaharu Tezuka, both from Japan, and Francine Houben, a Dutch Architect in years 2016 and 2011 respectively and many more global leaders throughout the event’s history. NAS has been hosted at various major venues in the Philippines, including the Samsung Hall at SM Aura Premier and the SMX Convention Center.
