The most important aspect of our design concept has been the preservation and passing on of inherited values for future generations. A symbolic building of Budapest has been reborn; the geometric center of Puskás Aréna exactly coincides with that of the old, demolished Népstadion (People's Stadium, built in 1948-1953). This is the largest and most up-to-date multifunctional arena in Central Europe, which meets all the requirements for a 21st-century venue, nevertheless preserving the important characteristics of the iconic old building that Hungarians loved. Puskás Aréna was awarded Stadium of the Year in 2019 by the Stadium Database public voting.

Today it has been redesigned into 23.5 acres of lush, verdant, sustainable public space: the first botanical garden in Louisville. The education center and surrounding trails and gardens provide green space to residents and visitors, while educating the public on topics of conservation and sustainability.
General description - The kindergarten is located close to the river Danube, surrounded by a ten-story block of flats from the socialist prefabricated housing program. While preserving the existing prefabricated two-story kindergarten building from the 1980s, this modernization and expansion have given the kindergarten a new and integral identity. The rooms were expanded towards the original courtyard, and a covered, wooden outdoor playground was added in the front. The building opens up under the new roof's outline to compensate for the shut and rigid environment of the prefabricated panel blocks.

We conceived a traditional space, within a warehouse, without touching the exterior facades, freeing the new volume inside from the pre-existing space, generating two distinct transition sectors in between old and new.

The original REXKL cinema was a dilapidated building that had much historical significance but was reduced to a slow death by non-usability and repeated historical fires. Forgotten & illegally used as a travellers' hostel, the old cinema had much cultural recognition with the local community, with the site being located near Petaling Street, a popular yet seedy part of downtown Kuala Lumpur.

At the westernmost end of Jeju Island, in a quiet rural village called Dumori in Hangyeong-myeon, stood a pentagonal plot of land, bathed in the gentle sunlight atop a peculiar hill. Though foreign in appearance, it felt strangely serene, and this moment of tranquility marked the beginning of OHyeongJae. OHyeongJae, which embodies the philosophy of "the right to be lazy" and aims to create a space for true rest, received the grand prize at the 2021 Jeju Architecture and Culture Festival. The name combines the Korean words for "five", "form", and "courtyard", signifying a new accommodation comprising five pool villas.
