        <![CDATA[<p dir="ltr">The four winners of the <a href="https://www.archdaily.com/tag/young-talent-architecture-award">Young Talent Architecture Award</a> (YTAA) 2018—a <a href="https://www.archdaily.com/search/competitions">competition</a> run by the <a href="https://www.archdaily.com/tag/european-commission">European Commission</a>, <a href="https://www.archdaily.com/tag/fundacio-mies-van-der-rohe">the Fundació Mies van der Rohe</a>, the Architects’ Council of Europe, and the European Association for Architectural Education—have been announced.
