Located on a plot of land overlooking a large lake in the outskirts of São Paulo, the TM House was built for a mother and her two daughters. In a non- orthogonal implementation, it was designed to fit into the contour lines of the sloping terrain.

The design of Casa AC consists of a pavilion attached to an existing house located in the interior of the state of São Paulo. The Carvalho House is based on a very objective investigation of the organization of the program of a weekend house on a large flat plot facing a lake. Designed to be a family summer home, the project inspires itself with the view of the lake and the sunset. An entrance hall highlighted by its orange-ocher coloring stands out among the white volumes and unites them. Showing its function through its color, it forms an implantation of two perpendicular rectangles. As it is also a circulation space, it immediately directs flows to the larger block, destined for the social and intimate area or, if preferable, the volume that holds the leisure spaces.

The FGMF office signs the architecture and interior design of Casa Colina, a residence located at Fazenda Boa Vista, in Porto Feliz, in the interior of São Paulo. The slight unevenness of the land was an essential inspiration for conceptualizing the project, designed in such a way that makes the most of the existing topography. The highlight is the creation of an extensive ramp that, inclined, merges with the ground, configuring an extensive garden over the house, mimicking the land from some external points of view.

The concept of FBV WP house is based on a deep analysis of each one of the landscape elements as well as the owners’ lifestyle. The volumes’ composition has been elaborated in such a way that the residents’ gaze would be drawn into the plot’s interior, with the preserved wooded area – the project’s great actor – as background. Factoring in elements like the sun, the woods, the pool, and the time that will be spent among friends, we devised an L-shaped building that faces the sunset. The center of the plot is the point people look towards and where they spend time together. The perception of inside and outside space changes every so often.

FG House was designed for a condominium about an hour and a half from São Paulo downtown for a couple and their children and arises from the fragmentation of the program through four trapezoidal volumes of pigmented concrete, in a harmonious arrangement on the 12,152 square meter plot and joined by the same linear axis.

The house’s distribution seeks to establish a program composition which was subdivided into several different programmatic blocks. This spatial organization optimize the plot use, creating spaces that merge the residence and the garden. A large green square, permeated by an artificial lake is the centralizing element among the built volumes. The water and the green masses bind different blocks, making the walk through the house pleasant and fully integrated with the outside.
