The design of this residence at Fazenda Boa Vista seeks to value the surroundings from within. The implantation of the house was a challenge due to the setback restrictions, which make it a narrow and long volume. The creation of interesting proportions, then, arises from volumes with sloping roofs, through differentiated and not perpendicular angles, which frame the landscape and environments in an innovative way.

A space for contemplation. The Boa Vista Hacienda is a residential and hotel complex located on a property of 12 million square meters 100 km from São Paulo, Brazil. In addition to the hotel, the complex has private residences, a spa, facilities for children's recreation, an equestrian center, a sports center, two 18-hole golf courses, a golf venue, a swimming pool and an area of 242 hectares of native forest, punctuated by numerous lakes.

This summerhouse near São Paulo was built for a couple with three grown-up daughters. It had to conciliate the dichotomy between framing astonishing views to a golf course and woods towards the dark south and seeking abundant light on the street side, towards north. The solution was to arrange the spaces following the latitudinal axis of the plot in a manner that would provide framed views to the landscape and bring the sunlight altogether.
